Why Atheism?

A good way to follow the Evolution video is to give an overview of my position.

Remember, I am not claiming that there is no god, only that there is not enough reason to believe that there is. From this perspective, it is only rational to assume that there isn't until shown otherwise.

My burden of proof is not to prove that there is no god because I am not claiming such. My only burden is to show continued reason for my scepticism.

I think it's funny how when Atheists mention or show clips of Christianity, they always choose the hyper-active, super emotional groups of Christians. It makes them look ridiculous. Surely an Atheist is aware that there are thoughtful and intelligent groups of Christians. To not accept this is just ignorance. The intelligent Christians might not be correct, but they're sure a heck not all dumb.

I tried to include a range, both of emotionally reasoning Christians and logically reasoning ones, depending on the point being made at the time.

@ConanTheRepublican even if you did it of your own freewill, you still would have needed influence to come to the conclusion there is a God. Plus you couldn't just teach yourself any religion you would have to learn from other people.(unless you created your own religion) your own beleifs are fine your argument is flawed

@candyman0002 the first seed came through evolution which is as close as any hypothesis can be to be proven. The first life forms came from the correct combination of amino acids and other substances which is also as close as possible to proven fact as it has been recreated to form life. do research before asking stupid questions.
