Batman 3: The Caped Crusader (FAN MADE. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION)

With Batman a wanted man, falsely accused of murdering five people including police officers. Batman sacrificed his own reputation in order to protect the memory of fallen district attorney Harvey Dent, who had transformed into the vengeful Two-Face. Gotham needed a hero, a figure of hope to believe in so that it could remain inspired to save itself from crime and corruption. In the end, Batman finds himself alone, hunted by his former police allies, and mourning the loss of his beloved Rachel Dawes. 

Focusing on the redemption of the Caped Crusader in the eyes of the public. What better or more obvious way for that to happen than for Batman to save the city (once again) from a villain bent on its destruction.
Talia al Ghul (Angelina Jolie), the estranged daughter of Ra's al Ghul, has the resources and will to bring about Gotham's destruction, the prevention of which might just put the Dark Knight back in the good graces of his hometown.
The Joker told Batman, "You've changed things forever. There's no going back." With the underworld being divvied up between increasingly eccentric criminals, such as The Penguin(Danny Devito who is perhaps never referred to by that name), Black Mask(Willem Dafoe) and maybe even the Ventriloquist(R.D. Reid). None of them are the main villain; they merely are there to show how wild and bizarre things are getting in Gotham.

As Batman has to face Jim Gordon and the GCPD. With Batman now a wanted murderer (a cop killer to boot), public and politicians demand the GCPD bring in him once and for all. But seeing as how Batman has made short work of the cops in the past, they would need help catching him. The Mayor has demanded that they bring in a hired gun to help get the job done. Enter the Riddler(Ralph Fiennes), who is portrayed as a good bad guy who helps the cops crack cases. He possesses a superior intellect and proves it by solving mysteries.

Batman's intellectual equivalent and a possible replacement hero for the city, he becomes more of a threat to Batman. Edward Nygma(Fiennes) is brought in to find out who Batman really is and help the cops get him, but he secretly has his own nefarious agenda. Talia al Ghul(Jolie) doesn't know that Bruce was Ra's pupil or is Batman, so she seeks Riddler's help. Ra's al Ghul tested Batman by seeing if Batman's compassion was also his weakness; the Joker pushed Batman to the brink of breaking his one rule (no killing) and almost revealing his true identity. Seeing as how the Riddler has always posed questions to Batman, he seems like the right villain to continue Nolan's tradition of testing Batman's ethical boundaries.
(Characters that need explaining)
Talia al Ghul- Angelina Jolie: The new leader of the league of shadows. Which she has disguised as a corporation working some what with Wayne Enterprises. Expert in hand-to hand combat and in the use of weapons, High level intellect, And a new love interest for Bruce Wayne.

The Riddler/Edward Nygma- Ralph Fiennes: Originally from England. Mr. Nygma comes to Gotham to help solves murders going on in Gotham & to solve the riddle of Batman. He has a genius-level deductive reasoning and vast esoteric Knowledge.

The Penguin/Oswald Cobblepot- Danny DeVito(Not my first choice but I personally like the way he was portraid in "Batman Returns": To explain the the Penguin in the way Nolan has done all the characters in a "real world" kinda way is very much like "Batman Returns" He's born with some deformities. He has a large nose and Cleft hands. Thus giving him the nick name "The Penguin". In the third Batman film he should just have a cameo as a bookie or a money launderer. Since in "TDK" all the money launderers are gone because of Batman. This makes Cobblepot a necessesity for the criminals of Gotham.

Black Mask/Roman Sionis- Willem Dafoe: A killer for the mob before the Joker had turned the city inside out. After the Joker he quickly took his slice of Gotham and started a small gang "The false Face Society" In which all his members wore masks. Including Roman himself. He took on the name "the Black Mask" and leads his small gang. When he tortures his victims he does it with power tools & Leaves them wearing a mask.

The Ventriloquist/ Arnold Wesker- R.D Reid: A meek and quiet man. Not really in control over his life. He takes control over it by having a multiple Personality. He sends all his victims a puppet and then attacks them by injecting them with Halothane. He then feeds it into their body through an I.V. Making them his "puppet". Until he losses his interest and kills them only to move on to the next victim. He really has no ventriloquism talent. He just wears a mask and then speaks through it as if he's "not moving his lips".

love the story line (i'd personally axe the penguin and the ventriloquist, but black mask is definately a winner!). i like the idea of the riddler being called in as a cop and talia is VERY necessary after having ras in.

Honestly I didn't care for the trailer, but after reading your description, I kinda just want you to write a script/story of all this just to read, cause the idea was good...
