Anyone know what universities in the United States or Canada are good for forensic linguistics?

In the French Affair of Outreau there was no specalists in Linguistics Forensic, only psychiatrists and psychologists experts.

Maybe judiciary errors could be avoided if declarations of whitnesses would be analyzed by experts in Linguistics .

In continental Europe (essentialy in France) I think we are too late in this domain.
