Chris Crawford is the president of Justice Served, an alliance of court management and justice experts, with a penchant for technology as it's applied to court systems, based in Eureka, Calif. Chris is a court professional with more than 30 years in judicial administration. Each year, Chris and his judicious colleagues announce the Top 10 Court Websites Awards, featuring the 2007 Best of Class in court web applications from around the world.
