I am mostly an aficionado of instrumental music with some of my favorites being, 'Any Colour You Like'(Pink Floyd); 'Moments in Love'(The Art of Noise); 'Compassion'(Spirit of Eden); 'La Bikina'(various instrumental versions); and especially, 'Sun Gate' by Tangerine Dream. I prefer instrumentals because i have found that the voice(the ego) tends to get in the way, although there are exceptions. This song, 'An Elegant Chaos,' by Julian Cope is one such exception. It is incredibly soothing.
