FISH MANCHURIAN
1 pack Ching's Secret Manchurian Sauce Mix
200gms of Fish Mince
1 tbsp of Cornflour
½ beaten Egg
Oil to deep fry
1 medium Capsicum
1 medium Onion
450 ml water.
Method:
Mix 1 tbsp of cornflour and beaten egg with the fish mince, make small balls and deep fry. Strain and keep aside.
Add one tbsp of oil to the frying pan, add diced capsicum and onion, and cook for a minute. Add 450 ml of water, empty the contents of Ching's Secret Manchurian Sauce Mix and cook for another 2 minutes or till the sauce is thick. Add fish balls into the sauce, garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
