Best car Citroen ever made, sure there were prettier, more iconic Cits, but for everyday use, unbeatable. Made Sierras, Cavaliers and especially Montegos look stupid. Penny Mallory does not have a clue, the styling is up there with the best 80's cars (Delta Integrale etc) The red 16v makes me want another BX. BTW I've had four, the suspension never went wrong, nor did much else.

@theheathster2 Agreed. Not sure about the 'certainly Montegos', the Montego was a damn site better than Cavaliers and Sierra's.

Typical negative women! Someone tell her to shutup, she doesnt know what shes talking about. Citroen have certainly made some rubbish cars, but the BX was pretty decent, and the sports/GTI models like in the video are well nice.

Awesome cars! I had a bright silver one which I chavved up a bit by sticking 16" TSWs on & rally inspired front fog lights, K&N 57i kit & sebring exhaust. Stonking performance & incredible handling....really miss that car.

I've owned a BX 16v, and I really didn't get on with it. The BX TZD I currently have however, is a fabulous car!!!

good performance but 160hp?? 130 is more likely. still an iconic car, ugly in a sense but very citreon and thats what i like about em. the ds was ugly but a looker in that it was radical and very unique.

@mgtkr1 The engine does produce 160bhp (this one was actually dyno'd at 176.2bhp around a year ago). The 8v GTi is around 120-130bhp depending on spec which might be what you're getting confused with.

It's called Used Car Roadshow. Was a fairly low rent Men & Motors type program. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy though.
