  • SO GRADY JUDD WHO NEVER FOUND A CAMERA HE DIDN'T POSE FOR...WHERE WERE YOU, SIR. NOTICE YOU DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR THIS PRESS CONFERENCE! SELF RIGHTEOUS...AND I VOTED FOR YOU.

  • @111pattycakes the boy who falsely accused him, now a 46-year-old man who has been in and out of state prison on drug and theft charges.

  • @Jumpybeaver

What is the boy that wrongly accused Bain.....convicted of?

  • $5,000.00 for every day he spent in jail WRONGLY ACCUSED. (and that may not be enough either!)

  • All the judges CIRCUIT AND APPELATE that denied Mr. Bain's Pro Se motions filed on his own...... need to spend some time in prison WRONGLY ACCUSED... Just throw them in there and make up an accusation. What the hell is wrong with this American Justice System? BIASED against the accused. Is this really America? Reading this? If you are ever on an American Jury.... remember this case! Some people are convicted based on the color of their skin~ SHAME!

  • @111pattycakes I heard the boy who accused him. Is a convect himself now.

  • US is a great country, they have a greal there judical system.

  • It's the job of the prosecutor to seek justice, regardless of where that leads. When a prosecutor is seeking to convict someone even after it becomes clear that a conviction is at odds with the job of seeking justice, that prosecutor is willfully engaging in the act of trying to destroy another human being's life. That act is no less wrong than the act of a violent offender or a thief and should be punished as such.

  • He is a victim, but he didnt even apologize to him.

    He CLEARLY identified the man.

  • He's a victim too, he was raped, COACHed, and led to believe (all these years), the perp was in prison. He was a child, there's NO telling what the Justice system said/coached,... but don't get me wrong he's a part of the process that put an innocent man in prison for years but I don't hold him nearly as accountable as to those that were in the very system that was SUPPOSED to pursue justice.
