  • try real lifting without equipment and you won´t fall down -.-

  • I have noticed with myself it is alot easier to get off balance when lifting sumo than it is with conventional

  • I stand corrected.

  • it's a sumo deadlift. you can lift more because of the shorter ROM.

  • I dunno man. I also think his feet should be more like shoulder width appart.

  • it's not his grip that failed him. it's cuz he leaned back too much and started falling that direction. nobody goes into competition with a weak grip.
