Wow, this is amazing.
Just one question though. On the TTOS car that they were talking about Ward designing, where is Charlie Chaplin located? I can't find him on mine.

I used to live about 3 blocks from his home in Temple City up until about 5 years ago. My family and I would go for walks, we loved seeing the tracks in his yard. I'd always hope to catch a glimpse of him and maybe even get to shake his hand, but sadly it never happened. The tracks are now gone, and it makes me so sad to know that one of these days I'm going to drive by and see eight or so cookie-cutter homes going up where his house once stood.

Don't Drop It. LOL. I have read alot about Ward and His Collections in Classic Toy Trains magazine. Shame its all gone. I actually placed a few bids on some items from his collection when they were being actioned (well, a relative went and represented me) but sadly I lost.

We were nearly neighbors. We lived on Duarte Rd in 1960-2. My older brothers discovered Ward's trains while taking a short-cut after school. Ward put them to work cleaning train brass with kerosene and rags. That was so many years ago in another life. I got on the cover of Ward's Horseless Carriage magazine when I was 5.
