There's a really good restaurant in the Seoul neighborhood of Myeong-dong that makes a killer nakji bokkeum. Their secret is ginger and tons of shaved onions--oh, and lots of red chillie powder.

  • you havent listed one ingredient which is missing. at :50 the lady is adding some kind of sauce or oil from a bottle. Do you know what that was?

  • Is it just plain gochujang or is it seasoned sauce?
