Rentaknya Sendiri: Zainudin Tukang Jahit

After showcasing you the kompang-making process by Zainuddin Andika and his son-in-law, Nordin Niamat, we thought it would be cool to show you another level of his geniuses: Zainuddin the Tailor. In this short 4.30 minute video (taken from a one-hour interview) he shares with us his well-kept notes and sketches (check out the neat handwriting in both Bahasa and Jawi), during the time when his dress-making business was thriving, everybody wears kebaya, and 'upah potong' was RM1! People don't do scrapbooks anymore nowadays :(
