Below is Video Evidence taken on June 6, 2008 of Criminal Trespassing and Harassment by Dennis (Denny) Roles while acting for and on behalf of himself and as agent for and on behalf of Dr. William Brian and Jennifer Schaulis.
On April 26, 2008 Dennis (Denny ) Roles worked (disked) ground.
On May 6, 2008 Dennis (Denny) Roles had spraying performed.
On May 13, 2008 Dennis (Denny) Roles planted sorghum (Milo).
On June 6, 2008 Faith Sump took video showing clear proof that Dennis (Denny) Roles had in fact Criminal Trespassed and Harassed. Note: Mrs. Sump had to wait until the sorghum (Milo) started to come up to show that Dennis (Denny) Roles had in fact criminally trespassed.
Dennis (Denny) Roles should have got his lazy fat bottom out here on Dec. 3, 2008 and watched along with Clay County Kansas Sheriff Chuck Dunn and Jennifer Schaulis while the surveyors Landmark Surveying and Mapping, Inc. put the property line where the buyers and their agents wanted instead of where the sellers wanted the property line. But, Denny Roles an acting agent (Farm Renter) of Brian and Jennifer Schaulis didn't want to get involved and wanted to be able to play dumb while and when farming the property in order to try and get by with criminally trespassing and harassing the Sumps. This plan of Dennis (Denny) Roles will not work as Dennis (Denny) Roles should have got his lazy fat bottom out of his pickup and tractor and check where the surveyors put the property line while Clay County Kansas Sheriff Chuck Dunn and Jennifer Schaulis watched on Dec. 3, 2007 before Dennis (Denny) Roles worked ground and planted crops.
Dennis (Denny) Roles, Brian Schaulis and Jennifer Schaulis should have criminal charges of criminal trespassing and harassment filed against them by Clay County Kansas Prosecuting Attorney Rick James and be arrested.
However, Clay County Kansas Attorney Rick James represents Dennis (Denny) Roles and his landlord Brian and Jennifer Schaulis and Rick James has the Clay County Kansas Sheriff and his Deputies protect Dennis Roles criminal conduct while acting for and on behalf of himself and as an agent for and on behalf of Brian and Jennifer Schaulis.
So, just because the Clay County Attorney Rick James represents these people they can get by with violating laws.
This conduct of Dennis Roles, Brian Schaulis, Jennifer Schaulis, Clay County Kansas Attorney Rick James, Sheriff Chuck Dunn and his Deputies should make citizens start to wonder how many others in Clay County Kansas are allowed to get by with violating laws and also start to ponder the possibility that the Clay County Kansas Attorney Rick James and Sheriff Chuck Dunn and the Clay County Kansas Sheriff Dept have been corrupted, have accepted bribes and/or have been blackmailed.
So, will Dennis (Denny) Roles, Brian Schaulis and Jennifer Schaulis have criminal charges of criminal trespassing and harassment filed against them and be arrested? Or, will Dennis (Denny) Roles, Brian Schaulis and Jennifer Schaulis be protected by the Clay County Kansas Attorney Rick James and Clay County Kansas Sheriff Dept and be allowed to get by with violating laws?
The video clearly shows criminal trespassing and harassment. There is just no way for Clay County Kansas, Clay County Kansas Attorney Rick James and the Clay County Kansas Sheriff Dept to deny the clear facts and the clear facts that the video shows.
Therefore, there will be an injustice if Dennis (Denny) Roles, Brian Schaulis and Jennifer Schaulis are not charged with criminal trespassing and harassment and arrested.
Therefore, by Dennis (Denny) Roles, Brian Schaulis and Jennifer Schaulis not already being charged with criminal trespassing and harassment and have not been arrested to date clearly shows that Clay County Kansas, Clay County Kansas Attorney Rick James and Clay County Kansas Sheriff Dept and its Deputies are still obstructing justice and are still protecting their friends.
