@ishiYC You can get a lot of it on video without much problem. The camera will auto adjust for you. Naturally other things in the video will not be seen if you are focusing on bright lights.

@lasvegas77 you know with all the bright lights in time square is it possible to focus on them all?, pardon me cuz i have no knowledge about camera

@ishiYC I used a Canon hv30. Although this is a great camera, I am looking to get a new one that records straight to memory stick and is true 1080p. The hv30 uses dv tapes and really only is 1440 resolution.

What's good about the video, is that it is unhurried -- you get to see the architecture, the streets, the people, the traffic, the atmosphere, the photography is good, and you get to see ordinary things that might otherwise be missed,
