Wow... black mac.... i haven't really seen black macs on youtube for A VERY VERY LONG TIME. Everyone either has a MacBook pro or a MacBook white...

The program works because in apple laptops there is a SMS, or sudden motion sensor. This was put in to release the hard drive readers in case the laptop were to fall, as a safety measure to protect the hard drive. The program reads off the SMS to make the sounds act on the motion detected

Drop detect only kicks in after it feels so much force of a 'drop'. And even drop detect isn't perfect, stopping a moving disc in your HDD is rough on it in the first place. Still a bad idea for a program

The program only works because of the OS utility that *prevents* that kind of thing from screwing up his hard drive (he's only likely to have one in a MacBook).

all notebooks have them.. it is built into most notebook hard drives
