@189maxx i believe the word you're looking for is drone. is it "droning" on the highway? well yes. it probably is. new jersey's finest took a perfectly good car and did the simplest of modifications to it, now his car has civic syndrome. if you noticed in the video, there was no exhaust "tone", it was simply "loud". It's unfortunate your car sounds like this, but i'm sure if you were to go back into compliance with emissions you'd be much better off in the world than you are right now.
