this is done to cut down on the scalpers. NONE of the brokerage fee goes to the band or to keith. the fee is to cover the building, the charge for processing your payment, & the convenience charge. so don't go saying that keith doesn't care about his fans...he does. that's why he's working with ticket master.

I feel so bad for you guys. i was part of monkeyville for three years, but i decided not to reniew my membership because i decided to sav my money for tickets thwm selves, glad i did. I got better seats gor Glendale this year during the radio presale and general sale then i did two years ago with monekyville presale. It's really not fair those of us who really want to see him in concert have to pay insane pricess to brokers

Scalpers are a major problem. I joined KU's fan club and got decent seats in the presale. They aren't floor seats - nothing close to the stage on the floor was offered. (I was online at exactly 10:00 am).
It would be nice if the first 15 rows were reserved for fan club members and ONLY to be picked up at the venue before the show. That MIGHT alleviate the scalper issue. I really have no idea how they get such good seats. There must be something shady going on.
