  • can you do a 180% turn without lifting your thumb? sensitivity looks really low? how would it compare to an x8 sidewinder set at 4000dpi?

  • @selimsaim Yes, I'm sure you could. I had the sensitivity turned down for more precise movement but I am sure you could do a full 180 without lifting your thumb. I cannot compare it to the x8 Sidewinder as I have never used it.

  • Brick man, have you reviewed the SlimBlade for the purpose of gaming? I would love to see an incredibly indepth review from you bro. I love all your vids. God Bless.

  • @zume I have not. I tried to obtain a review sample but Kensington was not on board and unfortunately the SlimBlade is just too expensive for me to purchase for review purposes alone.

I am still hoping that I manage to get my hands on one so that I can see if it works as good as it looks lol. Thanks for the support!

  • thanks for the info but i will stick with my mx 1100, and css ftw

  • I don't blame you. The MX 1100 is a very comfortable mouse with all the bells and whistles.

  • why you caress the mouse all the time :D

  • Best darn mouse there is! I'll never use anything else. Too bad they discontinued the corded model. If mine ever wears out I don't want to have that 2.4GHz transmitter next to my hand or any other part of me. Some say wireless is harmless, but I disagree. We'll be seeing a lot more brain cancer in the coming years due to cell phone use. But that's another story. This mouse ROOLZ!

  • you play some dumb ass games my sir

  • I use this mouse for my ham radio "Software Defined Radio" using 2 monitors, one for logging stations and the right monitor for the radios software. What I like is the ability to quickly jump from one monitor to the other using the ball. Another advantage is placing it on my knee where my arm is relaxed. Thanks for this video.

  • @BrickSh0t7 i meant not moving your hand when gaming

  • @BrickSh0t7 thanks man.. i recently bought a logitech trackball.. i am a big fan of not mousing your hand to game... and you can throw the ball in a spin to do a quick rotate... dislikes the sensitivity is pretty slow even at the highest setting compared to my other mouse.. i really wish that they would make a gaming trackball mouse with high sensitivity

  • @NaNED08 i use (i say use but it recently passed on after many MANY years of use) an old logitech trackman wheel, and i found that after having played consoles, involving alot of thumb use (see "nintendo/blackberry thumb") so it was fairly easy to adapt, and once you used it for a bit it can become a very easy format of mouse, although i often find that if i use a normal mouse i get frustated at how i have to move it. i don't know how it is when you only game on PC. try it out, see how you feel.

  • @selimsaim i also noticed that with my old one (i mean REALLY old. lasted about 4-5 years even being SECOND HAND) which i play FPSs, rts etc with can, if you "throw" the ball in a large roll can make it MOVE, even at low sensitivity, so yeah you can often just roll and turn, one you get used to the motion it's fairly simple. as for comparison, i haven't really used a X8 sidewinder....
