I agree and although I love 4th edition as well as all the editions, it's always been an unwritten rule from back in 1st edition (and especially 1st edition) to have house rules.

I hate people who say you can't roll up characters in 4th. That's stupid! There are three methods for score generation, the same methods in 3.5 edition: Pre-generated array, point-buy, or roll. No change there

D&D sucks... There is so much better stuff out there now. I can't believe people still play it.

Its not gone if no one buys it. Wizards will be forced to get rid of this new crap and bring back more stuff for 3.5.
