PRIDE Toronto's Censorship

On May 25, 2010, PRIDE Toronto held a press release to state their decision about banning the term "Israeli Apartheid" in PRIDE 2010. This decision is targeting the group Queers Against Israeli Apartheid (QuAIA) after months of pressure on PRIDE Toronto from the City, a few politicians and Zionist lobbyists to cut funding should QuAIA, with their so-called "offensive" messaging, is allowed to participate in PRIDE.

Bimboyren: There was no threat of losing corporate funding whatsoever. Some politicians in the City threatened to cut funding if the group or the term Israeli Apartheid weren't banned but the City couldn't actually find any legality for this. They didn't declare if the term Israeli Apartheid violated its anti-discrimination policy. Therefore, Pride Toronto wasn't really facing nay tangible threat, it was all implications.

Toronto's 150,000 Jews this year, 2011, managed to qualify the term "Israeli apartheid" as hate speech, and "any hate speech like this" too. Toronto city councilors have gone along with this spin, and threaten to withdraw any kind of city support for such groups. So what is happening now, in Toronto, is the demonization of ANY criticism of Israel as being hate speech. So Zionists have used QUAIA to ban any future speech that criticizes Israel. That's how the framing of the censorship occurs.

Israel is a nation under danger of being destroyed, these are the people called Palistinisnans and other Muslim groups there intentions is to destroy Israel and all Jews. They have to use harsh tactics but its a fight to survive enemies on all of its borders, the blockade was a ploy by Muslim groups to make Israel to look bad. Israel hold your ground. Islam is the problem. Israel had the lands thousands of years ago and god gave it back.
