Pisses me of 12 year old kids saying you need a dslr i will bet anyone money this guy has better shots on his point and shoot. The only thing you get with a dslr is a bit more control over settings. Its about the person shooting the camera and there ability to eye up the shots.
Keep up the great work dude
Nice vid
Kind regards

t it doesnt matter what equipment you have to take good pictures. Tiger Woods didnt start out golfing by buying the best golf club, he started out with a crappy one..just saying dont be so mean

@TheFlamingbullett Many of the real" landscape photographers, as you like to call them, utilizes large format view cameras and lately the Hassy H4D, in their most prominent work. It all comes down to style and convenience. The choice of equipment and format lies with the photographer.

@TheFlamingbullett .You don't need an DSLR in order to be a "real" nature photographer. I think you're the joke.

hey yo ! buy/get a DSLR camera and a tripod for crying out loud , that the only one way to take a kick ass landscape photo. and you don't look like a photographer to me.

Thanks to those who have posted comments. I now also have a 5D Mk II - which is great for landscapes. But I made this video to point out that inspiration is more important than gear.
