@gymnist2009 That's a personal rule then. Roll out skills are not banned in the JO program. It is at your coach's discrepancy. Yes, they have a risk factor, but this is gymnastics.

@gymnist2009 Yes you can. Who the fuck said you couldn't? If he didn't do those roll out skills then he wouldn't have gotten a high score (not necessarily of what I just said, but overall you can do a roll out skill at lvl 9; my friend who is a lvl 9 does one)
