    This is truly Bluegrass at it's best...not in front of massive crowds and college campuses. It's about small get-togethers and playing for the fun of it. Seasoned musicians letting the young adults sit it and play. Randy here sure surprised Doc with his playing and keeping up. And of course Doc's boy was no slouch either. Magnificent history piece...thank you!

    Bluegrass is alive & well. I know a family in Sullivan Co. Tenn, (Dad, 2 daughters & a son) that teach people every week to play fiddle, guitar, banjo, mandolin FOR FREE!! Because in the hills & mountains people actually care about each other & are willing to give away what they have. East Tennessee is beautiful in many ways. Eat your heart out America, hillbillies are part of your heritage.
