I have noticed the black lines too. I'm in California, East Bay area. It's been just dreadful. The spraying has been REALLY bad for the last few months. How about those days when there is a dark hue around the sun and a rainbow oil slick ring around the dark hue. Can't believe all this...no where to run to. I've been trying to show this to people. Very few care. Even as they see it happening, they still don't care.

I have seen this several times. A black shadow or tube exactly like your showing. Im in The San Fernando Valley and all these fools that are talking trash are just that fools. Saw this same stuff twice in the last month as well.
