it's either a 757 or 767. the wings have straight edges and are too long to be a 737 which has stubby rounded off wings. My guess would be a 757 since the only carrier to fly 767's into TPA is Delta, whereas Continental, Delta, Song and Northwest all fly 757's into Tampa

I don't think NW operates any 737's off hand. They have gone with airbus products and douglas. Good video nonetheless

i looked at it wrong because the flaps on a 737 and 757 look similar but it is a 757

Its not a dc-8 and its not a 737-800. Its a 757-200. First i can tell by the wing and second the person that uploaded this video said this was northwest airlines and they currently do not have any 737-800's in their fleet.

i think its continental 737.....because i think they're the only airlines that calls Tia Tampa /st Petersburg.....but i dunno

Just to let all of you know it was Northwest.
And for a Fun Fact, when we went home our flight was cancelled 2 times 1 once because of staffing 2nd because a weather delay. There was a plane that was no longer going to
Chicago (We left from Orlando), they filled
with First come first serve to anyone who wanted to go to Detroit and we didn't get our bags until the next day. The flight home didn't have a flight number :) True story. No one believes me.

I only fly Northwest. I'm from the Detroit area. DTW is a huge NWA hub. So it was northwest. as for the plane 2 years later I have no idea. I think I got that off the ticket. but I might just be making stuff up! it was a long time ago

Perfect landing an perfect video of the landing. Thanks for that viddeo. I am a big-fat weenie about flying, but love it! Landing and take-off are the scariest, for me. Great video. Take more if you're a flyer, cause you did a great job.
