ok i have everything except for the landing right. i dont get it! after i get to the backbend part i have everything fine but when my feet touch the ground my arms and legs fly out from under me!! any tips??

I think u have to hold the handstand a bit.

@ExdeathXInfinity and i also need to bend my knees a lot and they look really funny

great job! I only have one problem. When i do the front limber i can do it, but i have to bend my knees to get up from the bridge, its also hard to push myself up from the bridge. Got any tips, plz?

Your alot better than sarah at gymnastics
this helps :) but im still having alot of trouble.. like, i go up to handstand.. then i cant bend out of it. i normally just end up rolling out of it. any tips?

you probably want to stretch bridges and arches so you get the feeling of what it will be like
