Yes, that's the person playing on/in the fountain (12-jet hyper-instrumented hydraulophone, in keeping with the computer-music theme of ICMC). The immitation of the child's voice in the lyrics is from Ariel Garten, and the two "percussionists" on the high platform are circus performers at ICMC 2007.
