In 1994 Taxes were raised on the Rich and America had a Huge Surplus. This is what is wrong with Politics is that they Lie by using short sentences out of context.

Republicans and Middle Class that do not know, let me tell you. The Balanced Ammendment that the GOP is trying to pass is NOT written like the 1994. The 2011 Balanced Budget Ammendment states that we CAN NOT EVER TAX THE RICH to Balance the Budget. Do you make $500,000? If not, then you DON'T WANT the Ammendment GOP trying to pass
