looks and sounds like a backlash......(and not a racialy motiveated one) backlash this just seemed to be the first word that came to minde when i saw the sign.
re. content.... i dident see anything racial about what was pasted to the sign(s) i do however see a professer getting reemed for poor taste/judgment.
it realy sucks when a person of stature regardless of race and color and gender fucks up and they cant be the giant there supposed to be and admit they mada a mistake.
