2009 1/2 Bolshoi Ballet & School St Petersburg Class Concert Vasiliev Osipova Alexandrova Rhyzhkina

This is the Sequel to the Very Popular Video posted by ilyaballet entitled "bolshoi ballet osipova vasiliev aleksandrova " which he posted on October 31, 2009. His video showed the Bolshoi rehearsal of Class Concert at the Mikhailovsky Theatre Grand Prix competition in St. Petersburg. The Sequel is two short videos consisting of a fragment of the actual performance made by the Bolshoi Ballet company and Bolshoi Ballet school The main stars of this performance are Ivan Vasiliev, who should put on his costume with a big S on the front, plus Natalia Osipova, making her excellent interpretation of Wonder Woman, plus principal ballerinas, Maria Alexandrova and Marianna Rhyzhkina. Seeing the Bolshoi Ballet students is a delight and you can thank Ilya Kuznetsov for his wonderful rehearsal video 6 months ago, prior to this actual performance.
The choeographer of this ballet is the famous, Asaf Messerer , who was related to Maya Plisetskaya . The musical composition is by Alexander Glazunov of Raymonda fame, Anatoly Lyadov, Anton Rubinstein and , Dmitri Shostakovich, who is a big favorite of Mariinsky Ballet Conductor and Director, Valery Gergiev
