"Little Altar Boy" was written in 1961 by Howlett Smith and was first a hit for Vic Dana that year. In 1963, Andy Williams recorded this version of it for his "Christmas Album".
This was always one of my favorite versions of "Little Altar Boy", and the composer, Howlett Smith, is one talented pianist and singer himself. He also happens to be blind...but you would never know this with the performance gifts that this man shares with the world to this day!
So beautifully done...touched my heart.
Prayers to you, Andy, during your illness.

Say a prayer for Andy in your holiday prayers. He is very ill..and has given the world so much. Thanks, Andy...for everything..
