Definitly english speakers are unable to learn or speak in any othe language but english.

In Passione Christi, quam quidem numquam spectavi, dicuntur artifices scaenici pessima Latinitate uti, saltem quod ad grammaticam attinet.
Hi discipuli saltem maxima ex parte salva grammatica loquuntur.
(Translation of the above) In the Passion of Christ (which to be sure I haven't watched) I have heard that the actors speak very incorrect Latin, at least as regards grammar.
These students at least speak mostly grammatical Latin, on the other hand.
