@LandLoop He actually figured his connections to black panthers would get him out, and really due to his celebrity status he barely got any ramifications for evading draft.  He was a coward, he just wanted to use a BS excuse as to why he didn't go, even when Vietnamese had their own derogatory word for blacks, and hell, they even considered blacks as slow, lazy idiots who are only used for work. This is coming from an asian country far away from America. Guess blacks are looked down there too

@xIegionx No he wasn't a coward because if he did he WOULD HAVE ran from the country. He didn't go because of what he believed in was the main purpose. He faced all the consequences and stayed behind in America faced/fought the racism .

@themegamunkey123 Please you probably wouldn't even go to the war if you were drafted, so please don't call other people names. He didn't go to the war just because he didn't want, and because it wasn't his war to fight, BUT because he truly believed in his religion, so he was going to go by the rules. Besides if he was a coward then he would've left the country like most people did. He stayed behind, faced all the consequences and fought against racism.
