Celebrating/Ringing The New Year of 2012 With The Family! (Dec. 31, 2011 - Jan. 1, 2012)

Watch in high quality (480p). In this video, it shows my family and some of our friends from church celebrate the coming of the new year 2012! We had like our family night new year's eve party here up at our church, The Point Church of the Nazarene in San Jose, CA at the game room. We played games such as pool (billiards), foosball, ping pong and Apples to Apples. We had some snacks and food such as shanghai, a 2012 strawberry-flavored cake, potato slices with cheese and bacon bits on top and a combination of nuts/raisins/chocolates as a side to munch on.

While playing Apples to Apples, the power went out in the game room. It was just less than an hour before midnight. I think that was a warning sign that 2012 is coming! We thought the entire building, or the city, lost power. But there was still electricity. Somehow we couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights back on so we continued playing our Apples to Apples game in candle light which is neat. Then on the struck of midnight, we went outside in front of the church parking lot and seen if there's any fireworks. Not that much but there's some fireworks going off in the distance, as well as the setting moon which made for a good sight this new year's. We all greeted happy new year.

Then coming 12:30 a.m., we continued to celebrate the new year of 2012 with our very own feast. It was me and my parents having a whole, baked turkey along with corn, mashed potatoes and turkey gravy and pork shanghai. It was truly a wonderful new year indeed! Happy new year guys!
