The trail starts out at the top of the lifts, heading left on the main fire road. The singletrack that starts at 1:06 in the video is called Upper Falline. It actually gets fairly technical further down the trail with rocky, sandy terrain and small drops. It's one of my favorite trails but it gives your arms and hands a workout...
