It looks like the player hit his achillees heel, which probably caused him to stumble....Then the pain would of kicked in, which caused him to drop to his knees like that.......I think he tried to take it like a man but it must of hurt like a bitch.......Iy'll probably be like the sort of pain that feels unnatural, like hitting your funny bone :S
