Shiba vs water

I was on the beach calling Emi (our shiba inu) and she was just beside herself that she was so far away, as you can tell by the screaming hahaa. Finally after lots of coaxing and a gentle nudge with her leash she braved the water and made it to land!

@gyers1313 first,how do u no its shark infested?and please,shiba's are all about drama and make something worse then it is.she wasn't screaming wen she was actually SWIMMING now was she?no cuz she was perfectly fine.shibas are great dogs but part of their personality is to be over-dramatic.if u had a kid would you let them be overcome with fear of something when they realy could live a happier life if you helped them get over it?research the breed and the true meaning of cruelty cuz thats not it

shiba's are all drama queens !. My shiba is the same way. She barks at all street signs and traffic cones, crosses the street to avoid a manhole or small puddle, and she gets really flat when she walks on any surface you can see through - like a dock or patio. Shibas are silly and they act insane for attention... The shiba in the video was absolutely loving all the praise and attention. And seriously these are stubborn dogs - if he really didn't want to go in the water he wouldn't have !

If your child is scared of water do you teach him to overcome that fear or let him be scared of it for the rest of his life
