I wouldn't be surprised if they were actually the coast guard of Somalia. In that part of the world, the military and police murder and rape their own people. Pretty soon liberalism will lead to the same thing happening here in this country.

brother moon the somali envoy to the UN informed them of the situation many times but to no avail. also local groups sent letters of complaint to the UN. The reason the UN didnt respond is because many members of the security council have fishing fleets actively involved in looting the somali coastline
