Bittersweet Sixteen (Original)

A song I wrote about how teenage girls sometimes give themselves away, and how they can lose self-confidence.

Just as a side note, I think that this is actually too fast of a pace for the song- I might repost it later with a bit of a slower tempo. If anyone has any thoughts regarding the song/comments/critiques, feel free to put them below..:)

Also, I know the video/sound quality isn't exactly fantastic, so here's the lyrics:

She's easily swayed by what she feels is true,
and she's not sure why she just can't say no.
Her will is good- what does she have to lose?
After all, innocence sells cheap.

and she doesn't know what's fake from what's real.
But her will is good; she's got a lot to give.

I tell her:

This is a beautifully haunting song. It captures so much of being a teenage girl... I can't stop listening to it, and it has gotten stuck in my head multiple times. :) Thanks for posting it.
