scrrreechy nyc subway

scrreeech scrreeech scrreeech. all kinds of vomit, urine, dirt, grime, diarrhea, germs, and ill mannered rude behavior everywhere. I hate the subway, subway workers don't give a damn about anything. limo riding out of touch mta execs squeezing every last drop of blood from the ridership. transit police treat you like a scumbag. armed guards--who escort the ticket machine technicians--they all look at you like a criminal with fingers on their triggers waiting for any excuse. tourists that are scared as shit and start flailing their arms when people get too close to them. tourists that just stand there like slack jawed yokels. tourist kids that dance around the subway cars swinging off the poles it was a playground. asshole wall street workers with no-balls to jump out their office windows squeezing on to the gap next to you with the already maximum number of people seated. ill mannered college students and people who weren't born in new york city riding the subway who don't know the "unwritten" rules of etiquette of riding the subway and generally being an ass. homeless camped out on the E train. 4 train unbelievably crowded at 6am in the morning. rude people from the ghetto riding the A train. low life hispanic kids riding the 1 train down from el barrio who never seen a chink before in real life except on tv. hipsters on the L train crowded around you on one corner of the train blabbing about absurdities while the the rest of the train is empty. Old chinese people jumping on the D train before the doors fully open at Grand St. somebody pulls out a machete at 11pm on the C train. 12 rats jumping around 20 bags of garbage piled at the north end of the downtown columbus circle 1 train station. a pile of diarrhea on the sand shed at the NYU 8th street subway station, next day partially cleaned off, the week after it's clean and some lady is sitting on that exact same spot not aware of what happened there last week. 100 degrees at broadway-lafayette in the summer and a guy that looks like kwai chang caine is always there, day in and day out, same spot playing the shakuhachi. people who sit with their legs apart as if they are shaka zulu. the fat sweaty fuck who squeezes into the seat next to you. the unlucky mexican grabbed by fat plainclothes police hiding behind a pillar just waiting for him to jump the turnstile at wall street.
