I was wondering how do u animate like that? cuz i would really love to do that. Do u need some sort of progamme or do u have to draw it or what? please tell me.....I need to know....
@magneticglass I used a program called 3DS Max. For this render, I used the 2010 32-bit version. I got the background and rigged darth vader model online. The rest I animated in the 3ds max browser using key frames. some of the auto and some keyframed. The rendering took a long time so I was not able to go back and reanimate some of the choppier parts, it took about a week or so straight on a higher end computer. otherwise to get this you would have to model it in a 3d modeling program.
@magneticglass no, usually you'd have to pay for it to have it. unless you have a student email, you can download it from their website for free being a student. if not, you would have to FTP it or something like that. I think I can give you some links but right now I am kinda busy with classes and projects but I will make sure to send you something when I am not busy
