And, yes, our admission into Heaven is determined by ONE ACTION on Earth. Accepting God's gift. If we do that, we would AUTOMATICALLY want to obey Him. So he gave use guidelines to protect us.

@kaygirl2016 Yes it does. Which was going to be my next point, if you're going to make a commitment to something why would you phone it in? If you're going to live for Christ then LIVE for Him. Meaning yes follow His teachings and show everyone the love and grace that has been shown to you. All I'm saying is legalism shouldn't rule you're spiritual life. @cmoore346 You are just encouraging people to not follow his teachings because of their assured spot in Heaven and as a part of Jesus's bride. You are assured into Heaven, but I believe somewhere, now I'm not sure about this, that it says that your actions on Earth determine your place in Heaven.

@DominatingNA Again it's 99.9% (including myself) second the Bible is very clear about this. People go to hell for not accepting Christ. Not for eating shrimp. Jesus says countless time people don't get into heaven because of their works but by God's grace. Yes you should live by God's word but just know that you will short, He even SAYS it. Romans 3:22. The ONLY thing that gets you into heaven is God's grace. Who are you to judge?
