Many of our clients want to see me and my trainers in pain as a pay back for what we push them to do. Today we did six sets of walking lunges increasing the weight by 5 lbs. every set. This is Cordell's last set with 65 lbs.

  • This is the king of all "butt" exercises. If you want rock hard sexy glutes, you must do the walking lunge!!

  • Nice exercises, but if I did that in my gym I'd get the shit kicked out of me.

  • what if you want long lean legs with no fat! how many reps and sets and how many exercises for quads and hamstrings?

  • I hate, hate, hate, hate these things!!!! My hands are always killin' me afterwards. Plus the rest of the gym has to deal with the noises I make... And I'm only doing like 45 lbs. per hand.

  • 100lb or 120lb dumbbells? 2:15 is awesome.
