  • Why is Lady Gaga being electrocuted in the suggestions page xD?

  • No, watch Carne first. That is the first film with The Butcher. Just as good as I Stand Alone and Irreversible. It starts off with a graphic slaughtering of a horse for meat. So, we can already see Noe's perverse, realistic style from the get-go.

  • @BriggoTheKat Actually, I stand alone came first... Irreversible even refers to it.. I stand alone should be watched first.

yes, that was a more accurate description of how i felt while watching the film this Saturday. I find though, that I begin to appreciate it more and more as time passes. This is interesting to me because I find my feelings towards this movie very similar to a total ego loss acid trip i had a few months back. Unsettling at first but rewarding in the long term. I believe this is the feeling Noe was attempting to convey in the unique nature of this film.

  • i saw the movie yesterday and i liked it but it's too long. They should have cut some scenes. Gaspar has unique style... he's new movie will be about love and sex... i can't wait to see what he's going to do....

  • @BriggoTheKat You mean more like getting hit by a car, raped morally by a bunch of convicts, seduced by a prostitute while drunk at a bar, being robbed of all your money, and then being lobotomized and unable to remember the majority of it.

  • @hazerk Luckily enough it is being released on Sept. 24, 2010 here in NYC. So i am definitely going to go see it. Alone or not, i am GOING! Can you give me some spoilers, since i already pretty much know the film from all the investigating i made, i would like to know how graphic is their parents death. I heard it was GRAPHIC.

  • @Redrum267 Good luck trying yo see it ! A: It's entirely in English, and a little bit of japanese since it takes place in Tokyo.
