Sure...if you are in a "quiet car" it is better to mount the camera outside in the front grill area. That way the camera picks up the engine noise and gives you a cool "low angle" on the road so speeds look faster, too. Front grill area, on/under bumper = good!
Set your sound to LO and it will be good. LO is the correct sound setting for use in high vibration activities like mounting the camera in your car. There are tons of low frequency vibrations in the car that overload the mic, and LO sound will give you good sound. Happy filming!
yeah im planning to mount if on my front bumper, the incar one was just a test to see the vid quality
