My first video with my 1961' B18c1 GS-R Mini Cooper. Built engine, 163hp @8,200rpm and 123ft/lb.

One question if I may ehhmmmm why a jap engine on a vehicle that is not made from Japan??? Little off don't u think?

My friends bolt on USDM gsr made 179 on a dynojet. No way in hell is that a built gsr.

@mattewing1 yeah i know what you mean, but if your already high comp, and tuned, you should at least be hitting about 170 whp at the very least, but i bet this thing still with what you maid regardless, the power to rate ratio. I still think you can squeeze more with your set up.

I can, I could change the intake so I could get cooler air and advance timing and probly male over 170hp but it runs nicely and it's being used as a daily so I'm happy with it.

You can get way more power out of that b18c you did something wrong because they are rated at 170 hp stock, you should go with high compression, cams, valve train, and hondata s300 and a bad ass tune, try to break 200 who and this mini will fly

@CrazzySandman It has high comp pistons, s300 and cams and all the internal goodies, 170hp stock rating is not at the wheels for this engine from the factory. Most people just assume they have 200hp in these mini's cause they don't actually take them and get them tuned.
