  • Rap died when they stopped using the thundering drum machines. This album always reminds me of a giant cloud of dust, with Chuck D's voice as it's face, and a swirl of other faces of a culture behind him in the dust, moving over a metropolis and crushing every building to the ground like a hurricane. Especially "Welcome To The Terrordome".
