Bank of America Protest

Approximately 65 people rallied outside Bank of America's building in Boston's Financial District Thursday in 15° weather. As part of a national campaign members representing SEIU Locals 615, 509, 1199 and the SEIU Massachusetts State Council, AFL-CIO and its affiliates, Jobs with Justice, Massachusetts Interfaith Worker Justice, and City Life demanded the bank cease its attempts to defeat the passage of the Employee Free Choice Act and use Troubled Assets Relief Program funds to help Americans.

My brother was a BoA customer till today when their illegal overdraft practice strucked him. He was upset of course and he's going to close his account. Bad Karma is coming for this BoA and I would love the day when their CEO is in jail with the rest of the pond scum! If you are banking with BOA, beware of the illegal practices and if you have a good lawyer, take them to court!
