Lesser Horseshoe Bats are one of Britain's rarest bats. We are very lucky here at St Fagans museum that every summer a colony of these fantastic creatures return to set up a nursery in the Tannery, one of the re-erected buildings within the museums grounds. Over the summer months visitors to the museum can watch live footage of these bats on our special Batcam.
This film has been created as part of the Explore Nature project at St Fagans to draw attention to the wonders of one of the rarest visitors to our museum.
