This is a video showing how to tie a baby wrap style carrier. I LOVE this style of carrier. I have many and this one I use the most by far! It is VERY comfortable and is great for colicky babies. My son was VERY colicky and I would put this on in the morning and wear him all day. It was the only way he would sleep. It may take a couple of tries to get use to tying it but once you get it it will be much easier to put it on each time.

  • This is great! My little one is 6 weeks old and just started with the colic about a week ago. My cousin sent me her wrap carrier and I had NO clue what to do with it. Thank you so much! I will be attempting this first thing tomorrow!

  • @Sabrefan1980 Congratulations! Colic is no fun!! I hope the sling helps you like it did me!!

  • How long were u able to wear him for? My lil guy will be 2mos nxt week but he's already 11lbs! btw, great video

  • @Jamaicanqdee thanks :) My guy was 9LB when he was born ;) I carried him until he was at least 6 months in this.

  • Hello, Great Video. I cant get the wrap shipped to where I am in asia. I was thinking of making my own. You said the length is 10ft. How about the width? Could you pls give me the exact size of it like 10ft by ___ ft? That would help me out tons. Thanks. Lavi.

  • @lavinders I'm sorry for the delay in responding to this, it just showed up now!! I don't imagine you would use it now but I think it's about 4ft wide.

  • The video is very helpful for my baby wrap. :)

  • Oh, he does look so happy! He's beautiful!

  • @SmartHandsCA Thank you! I will stick with the cotton jersey to be safe. I found a manufacture nearby that will sell me 6 yards. Gonna give it a try.

  • @WendyTube7100 I'm not 100% sure. Normally they are made with cotton jersey but you may try another stretchy material but make sure it breathes.

  • Hi, I live in Thailand and the weather here is hot. I'm thinking of making my own since my little one loves to be carried. He's 3 months next Sunday and already weighs 7.3 kg.

So what's the ideal material for these baby wraps? Stretch cotton jersey or can it be any other stretch material? Your feedback would be appreciated.
